The importance of having breakfast can be best described by an adage from the so-called “dean of science fiction writers,” Robert A. Heinlein who once said, “One should never attend even the end of the world without having a good breakfast.”

Breakfast is often considered the most important meal because it provides us the start-up energy that we need to begin our day. Indeed, a good breakfast, most especially when happily shared with our family, can transcend into a positive aura that can keep us in a good mood for the rest of the day.
